Role Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead in the provision of high-quality mental health care services within the Sligo/Leitrim region. As a CNM3, you will play a pivotal role in shaping clinical practice standards, driving quality improvements, and supporting nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support nursing teams to ensure the highest standards of mental health care.
• Oversee the implementation of clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance care pathways and improve patient outcomes.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff to foster professional growth and maintain best practice standards.
• Contribute to strategic service development, ensuring continuous quality improvement.

Essential Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMBI registration.
• Demonstrable depth and breadth of experience in mental health nursing, relevant to a CNM3 role.
• Proven leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to service-wide initiatives.
