Who Can Apply

• Open to both HSE and non‑HSE applicants
• Based in the West and North West HSE region (Donegal, Sligo, Leitrim, Roscommon, Mayo, Galway)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical teams to deliver high‑quality palliative care at North West Hospice
• Support and develop nursing staff in line with HSE standards
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including staffing schedules and patient care coordination
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, governance, and quality assurance frameworks

Essential Criteria

• Registered Nurse with relevant palliative care experience
• Meet HSE’s clinical competency requirements for a Clinical Nurse Manager I
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
