About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager III to lead our Specialist Palliative Care team at North West Hospice. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality care for patients and families, as well as overseeing clinical governance, staff development, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert leadership and clinical supervision to palliative care nurses.
• Maintain and monitor clinical standards, policies, and governance.
• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with medical, allied health, and community teams.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, best practices, and education for staff.

Essential Requirements

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMBI registration.
• Relevant post‐registration qualification in palliative care or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a senior clinical or nursing management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
