Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical nursing care to patients requiring palliative and end-of-life support

- Support and educate patients’ families throughout the palliative care journey

Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Post-registration experience in palliative care or related specialty area

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for sensitive patient interactions
- Commitment to continuing professional development in palliative care
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-graduate qualification in Palliative Care or relevant specialty
