Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding and memorable customer experience in line with Rituals brand standards.
- Lead, motivate, and coach your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the Area Manager to implement the local business strategy.
- Define daily objectives and actions to drive store performance.
- Develop and implement monthly productivity and sales plans.
- Oversee store administration, inventory management, and day-to-day operations.
- Support employee wellbeing and engagement through regular one-to-one meetings.
- Celebrate team successes and foster a positive, high-energy store culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or equivalent leadership role in retail or hospitality.
- Strong people management skills including communication, coaching, and motivation.
- Ability to inspire behavioural change and support team development.
- Performance-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
