The National Drug Treatment Centre in Dublin South is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 1 to provide strong clinical leadership within specialist addiction services. This permanent, whole-time role offers the opportunity to lead nursing teams, support service development, and deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a national centre of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical and professional leadership to nursing staff within the service
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day clinical operations in line with HSE standards
• Promote evidence-based practice in addiction and substance misuse care
• Ensure high standards of patient safety, quality, and governance
• Support staff development, supervision, and performance management
• Participate in service planning, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the National Drug Treatment Centre
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registration as a Nurse on the Register of Nurses maintained by NMBI
• Minimum required post-registration experience as per HSE CNM1 criteria
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
• Experience in addiction services or relevant clinical settings is desirable
• Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary Scale: Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (Grade Code 2127), in line with HSE consolidated pay scales effective 1 August 2025
• Contract: Permanent Wholetime
