Job Overview
As Clinical Nurse Manager 2, you will play a key leadership role in the operational management and development of nursing services. You will support workforce planning initiatives, ensure compliance with professional standards, and contribute to service improvement across HSE Mid West.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage nursing staff within designated services

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registered as a Nurse on the live register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Minimum required years of post-registration experience (as per HSE criteria)
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and quality standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proven ability to manage workforce planning and resource allocation
• Eligibility to work in Ireland

Salary Scale (1 August 2025): €61,463 – €77,666 (LSI)
