Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
- Drive performance against key KPIs and business targets
- Manage, motivate, and develop the store team
- Maintain excellent shop floor presentation standards
- Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
- Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Full clean driving licence
- Strong target-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager desirable but not essential
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
- Permanent, full-time position
- Salary: €51,000 rising to €60,000 after 3 years
- 20 days annual leave increasing to 25 days after 2 years
