This Dietitian (Diaitéiteach) opportunity at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown offers a rewarding role within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based dietetic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients
- Develop and implement individualised nutrition care plans
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care
- Educate patients, families, and carers on nutrition and dietary management
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Participate in service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support health promotion and disease prevention programmes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification in Dietetics recognised by CORU
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with CORU as a Dietitian
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-centred approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to continuous professional development
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary scale ranges from €45,063 to €64,424 per annum (based on experience), with Long Service Increments (LSI) applicable.
