CPL Recruitment is seeking experienced Oncology Nurses for full-time permanent roles across leading hospital services in Dublin. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality oncology nursing care across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Administer chemotherapy and systemic anti-cancer therapies (SACT) in line with protocols
- Support patients throughout their cancer treatment journey with education and emotional care
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary oncology team (MDT)
- Monitor patient responses and manage treatment side effects
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Act as a specialist oncology resource in CNS and liaison roles where applicable
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse (RGN/RN) with NMBI PIN or eligible for registration
- Minimum 1–2 years’ oncology nursing experience in hospital or specialist services
- Experience in chemotherapy administration or oncology units preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- For CNS roles: advanced oncology experience and relevant postgraduate qualifications desirable
