Autism Initiatives Ireland is seeking a dedicated Facilitator Disability in Celbridge to provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Implement and contribute to Individual Support Plans and Person-Centred Plans.
  • Act in accordance with the Key Worker/Support Worker philosophy.
  • Support service users in achieving personal goals and developing life skills.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and community participation.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational policies.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Full QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification (Health, Community, Care sector or equivalent) – essential.
  • Genuine passion for providing person-centred support.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Understanding of the Key Worker/Support Worker role.
  • Experience in programme planning and developing Person-Centred Plans.
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
  • Full, clean manual driving licence – essential.

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

  • Grade: Workshop Supervisor / Instructor 6425.
  • Contract Type: Permanent Wholetime.
  • Salary: In line with Section 39 pay scales and organisational policies.

Location & Employer Information

This role is based in Celbridge, Co. Kildare within the HSE Dublin and Midlands health region. Autism Initiatives Ireland is a publicly funded organisation operating under Section 39. Please note this position is not directly employed by the HSE and terms and conditions may differ from HSE contracts.
