Job Overview
This General Manager position plays a critical role in supporting the National Director in delivering integrated healthcare services across the system. You will provide leadership across complex programmes, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to national policy implementation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic programmes within Access and Integration services
- Support the National Director in delivering national healthcare objectives

- Oversee governance, compliance, and performance monitoring frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Significant senior management experience within healthcare or a large complex organisation
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and programmes
- Strong strategic planning and organisational capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in change management and service improvement
- Relevant third-level qualification in management, healthcare, or a related field
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary Scale: €86,604 – €107,727 per annum (aligned with General Manager Grade 0041)
This role is available on a permanent or specified purpose basis, with both part-time and whole-time options.
