Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and daily living support to residents
- Assist residents with mobility, meals, hygiene, and companionship
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents
- Support nursing staff in delivering person-centred care plans
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Follow infection prevention, safeguarding, and health and safety procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in elder care or healthcare support is desirable
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification completed or in progress is preferred
- Relevant Nursing or Allied Health qualification welcomed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English required
- Ability to work compassionately with elderly residents
- Must successfully pass Garda Clearance
- Suitable character references required
- Applicants must hold EU/EEA citizenship or unrestricted right to work in Ireland

Salary: €14.50 – €16.00 per hour
