The HSCP Project Officer HSE West role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Digital for Care Programmes across the HSE West and North West region. This Specified Purpose Wholetime position sits within the Health and Social Care Professions (HSCP) Project Office and plays a key role in advancing digital transformation initiatives that enhance service delivery and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning, implementation and evaluation of Digital for Care initiatives
• Collaborate with HSCP teams and regional stakeholders to drive digital transformation
• Assist in project governance, reporting and performance monitoring
• Coordinate implementation timelines and deliverables
• Contribute to service improvement and innovation projects
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities
• Ensure alignment with national HSE digital strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant qualification aligned to Health and Social Care Professions
• Experience in project management or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
• Experience within healthcare settings desirable
• Understanding of HSE structures and digital health frameworks advantageous
