About the Role
Zurich is seeking an experienced IT Senior Auditor to join its Group Audit team in Dublin. This hybrid role focuses on assessing IT risks, evaluating controls, and supporting strategic priorities through innovative audit techniques that utilize Data Analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, risk-based IT audits on time and with measurable impact.
- Leverage Data Analytics and GenAI to enhance audit insights.
- Evaluate IT fundamentals, cybersecurity, and emerging technology risks.
- Draft clear, insightful issue summaries and audit reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Zurich Ireland.
- Contribute to a learning-oriented, collaborative audit culture.
- Uphold Zurich’s values of ethics, integrity, and professional excellence.
Required Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. IT, Finance, or Business).
- 4+ years’ experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, or IT Management.
- Professional qualification such as CISA, CIA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies, internal control frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Understanding of emerging technologies including AI, Cloud, Robotics, Cybersecurity, and APIs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, international environments.
Preferred
- Experience within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with Data Analytics, ITGC, and GenAI tools.
- Project management and Agile audit experience.
