Key Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, repair, and installation works related to carpentry and building systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working in an industrial environment relevant to the role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems within a healthcare or similar operational environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary maintenance team.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Successful completion of the SOLAS Safe Pass Health & Safety Awareness Training Programme or willingness to complete training upon appointment.
- Full unendorsed Category B Driving Licence is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and practical maintenance expertise.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.

Salary for this Maintenance Craftsman/Technician (Carpenter) position will be aligned with HSE salary scales applicable to Grade 5606 roles.
