Brothers of Charity Services Ireland is seeking a Programmer Analyst to support disability services across multiple regional offices. This permanent part-time role is based in Clairnbridge, Co. Galway, with flexibility to work from Waterford, Cork, Limerick, Clare, Galway, or Roscommon. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful, person-centred service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and support internal software applications
• Analyse user requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve digital service delivery
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Assist with system upgrades, integrations, and data reporting
• Ensure compliance with organisational and public-sector ICT policies

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant third-level qualification in ICT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Experience in software development and system analysis
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, and common programming languages
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple service locations
• Understanding of public-sector ICT standards is advantageous

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Grade V (0566) – Management/Admin/ICT
• Permanent part-time contract
• Standard public-sector benefits and progression in line with approved scales
• Proposed interview date: 14 January 2026

Based in Clairnbridge, Co. Galway, with the option to work from other regional Brothers of Charity Services Ireland offices.
