Amazon Ireland Support Services Limited is seeking a dedicated Selling Partner Associate fluent in English and French to join their vendor support team. This fully remote position allows you to work from any province in Ireland while supporting Amazon’s global marketplace sellers and vendors through multiple communication channels.
Job Summary
As a Selling Partner Associate, you’ll be the primary contact point between international sellers/vendors and Amazon, providing expert support via phone, email, and chat. This role requires exceptional bilingual communication skills and the ability to navigate complex business processes while maintaining Amazon’s high standards for customer obsession. The position operates on rotating shifts Monday through Sunday, ranging from 7 AM to 10 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Support global sellers and vendors across Amazon’s marketplace platform through phone, email, and chat channels
- Manage high-volume communications efficiently while maintaining quality standards and productivity metrics
- Navigate multiple software platforms to research seller accounts, review policies, and communicate effective solutions
- Demonstrate customer obsession by delivering exceptional service with genuine empathy and passion for helping partners
- Build sustainable relationships with sellers and vendors by consistently exceeding expectations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide comprehensive product guidance for Amazon’s selling platforms
- Document all interactions accurately according to standard operating procedures
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- C1/C2 proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal communication)
- Previous customer service experience in a professional environment
- Technical proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong communication skills with ability to use online collaboration tools effectively
- Flexibility for shift work including weekends and varying schedules

Working Arrangements
This position requires a suitable home office environment with high-speed internet (minimum 5Mb download/1Mb upload). Shifts are assigned after the training period and rotate across seven days including weekends. Full attendance is mandatory during the complete training duration with no time off or holidays permitted during this period.
