St Columcille’s Hospital is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its multidisciplinary team in Dublin South. This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centred occupational therapy services within a supportive HSE hospital environment. The position is open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention
• Manage a defined caseload in line with best clinical practice
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team planning and decision-making
• Supervise and support basic grade occupational therapists and students
• Participate in service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with HSE policies
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and HSE guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Qualification recognised by CORU as an Occupational Therapist
• Registration with CORU as an Occupational Therapist
• Significant post-qualification clinical experience
• Demonstrated competence in assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland

• Salary in line with HSE Consolidated Salary Scales (Senior Occupational Therapist, Grade 3301), adjusted in accordance with national public service pay agreements
