Job Overview
The Senior Pharmacist will provide advanced pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe and effective medication use across the hospital. Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate prescriptions to ensure safe and appropriate medication use

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
