Central Remedial Clinic (CRC) is seeking a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) in Dublin North. This permanent whole-time role supports children aged 0–18 with complex developmental needs through a Family Centred Practice Model. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, interdisciplinary service.
Table of Contents
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy interventions for children with complex developmental needs
• Work as part of an inter-disciplinary CDNT team to develop integrated care plans
• Complete assessments, therapy programmes, progress reviews and documentation
• Provide family-centred guidance, training and support to parents and caregivers
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across health, education, and disability services
• Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in service development initiatives
• Contribute to audit, quality improvement and professional development activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
• CORU registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
• Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (senior grade)
• Experience working with children with disabilities and complex needs
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and intervention planning skills
• Excellent communication and inter-professional collaboration abilities
• Commitment to family-centred practice and continuous professional development
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary (Senior Speech and Language Therapist, Grade 3379):
€63,912–€75,254 per annum (effective 1 August 2025)
