This is a full-time, permanent role offering a salary of €32,020 per annum plus a 2% profit share and performance bonus. About the Role
As Shop Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Enable Ireland shop in Sligo, ensuring an excellent customer experience and maximising sales to support our nationwide services. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional with fashion background and strong leadership skills to contribute to a cause-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop operations and achieve agreed sales targets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff and volunteers.
- Drive commercial performance through excellent customer service.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure alignment with Enable Ireland’s brand standards.
- Develop and execute local marketing and merchandising initiatives.
- Support stock management and financial reporting requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
Essential
- Fashion retail experience.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven commercial acumen.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.

- Brand awareness and visual merchandising experience.
