Brothers of Charity Services Ireland is seeking an experienced Team Leader (Disability Services) to provide clinical and operational leadership within community-based disability services in Oranmore, Co. Galway. This is a key leadership role focused on delivering person-centred, high-quality care while supporting multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to staff teams
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred disability services
• Promote best practice in line with regulatory and organisational standards
• Support service users to achieve personal goals and maximise independence
• Manage staffing, rosters, and service resources effectively
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and audits
• Act as a key liaison with families, advocates, and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Midwife on the relevant professional register
• Eligible for Clinical Midwife Manager 1 (Grade 2131)
• Minimum required post-registration clinical experience
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Experience working within disability or community services is desirable
• Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

• Salary in line with Department of Health Consolidated Salary Scales for Clinical Midwife Manager 1 (€56,642 – €66,705 per annum, point dependent)
• Specified Purpose Wholetime contract (X1TFT)
• Public sector pension and leave entitlements
