Yuno Energy is hiring a Field Sales Representative for a door-to-door sales role covering residential customers across Ireland. This is a full-time position offering a €32,000 base salary, an uncapped OTE of up to €50,000 in your first year, and a €2,000 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of probation.

About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will generate new residential customer leads through face-to-face, door-to-door sales visits, helping prospective customers take control of their energy costs. You will be the frontline of Yuno Energy’s growth, representing the brand with professionalism and a results-driven mindset. Full training and development is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential customers and multiple property owners, with a focus on high conversion rates.
- Promote and sell Yuno Energy products and services to prospective customers.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual targets and KPIs.
- Execute strategic sales approaches to maximise customer engagement.
- Overcome objections and close deals effectively to ensure a high success rate.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools.
- Continuously refine sales strategies and provide feedback to optimise performance.
- Represent Yuno Energy with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a winning attitude.

Salary
From €32,000 base salary per annum, plus uncapped On-Target Earnings (OTE) of up to €15,000, giving realistic first-year earnings of €50,000. A €2,000 sign-on bonus is payable upon successful completion of probation.

Location
This is a field-based, door-to-door role covering residential areas across Ireland. While the position is classified as remote in terms of office attendance, the nature of the work is fully field-based. Yuno Energy’s offices are based in Sandyford, Dublin.
