A General Manager vacancy has arisen within the National Children Physical Support Service (NCPSS), based at the National Office for Access and Integration Disability Services in Dublin 8. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the strategic direction and operational delivery of national physical support services for children with disabilities across Ireland.
About the Role
The General Manager will provide national leadership for the Children Physical Support Service, working within the National Office for Access and Integration Disability Services. The postholder will drive service planning, governance, and the integration of physical support services for children, ensuring equitable access and high-quality outcomes at a national level.
The Assistant National Director, Access and Integration, Disability Services is open to engagement regarding the expected level of on-site attendance at the base location, in the context of the requirements of the role and the HSE’s Blended Working Policy.

Salary
€87,471 – €103,706 per annum (HSE General Manager scale, 7-point scale), based on the HSE Consolidated Salary Scales effective 1 June 2026. New entrants to the public service will generally be appointed at point 1 of the scale. Incremental progression applies in line with HSE policy.
Location
There is currently one permanent whole-time vacancy based at the National Office for Access and Integration Disability Services, Block D, Parkgate Business Centre, Parkgate Street, Dublin 8, D08 YFF1. Situated close to Heuston Station and the broader HSE national office campus, this national-level post carries responsibility spanning services across the country, with blended working arrangements available subject to the requirements of the role.
A panel may be formed from this campaign for General Manager, National Children Physical Support Service, within the National Office for Access and Integration Disability Services, from which current and future permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
