Job Overview
The Grade VI Section Officer Public Health role involves supporting operational and administrative functions within Public Health services in HSE South West. The successful candidate will work closely with management teams and healthcare professionals to ensure efficient service coordination, governance support, reporting, and operational administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the operational management of Public Health services across HSE South West.
- Coordinate administrative functions, reporting processes, and service documentation.
- Assist with governance, compliance, and service improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, management, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates for senior management.
- Monitor workflows, service performance indicators, and administrative systems.
- Ensure accurate record management and adherence to HSE policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare administration services.
