Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in collaboration with the nursing team.
- Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and personal appearance while maintaining dignity and comfort.
- Assist residents with meals, hydration, and daily living activities.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents’ families.
- Participate in social and recreational activities for residents.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control.
- Contribute to a safe, supportive, and caring environment for all.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or working toward completion).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
- Contract type: Full-time, permanent.
