Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities.
  • Support safe and effective maintenance operations across healthcare facilities.
  • Monitor and prioritise maintenance schedules and repair requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors where required.
  • Maintain records and documentation relating to maintenance activities.
  • Support service continuity and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and guide maintenance staff and operational teams.
