Job Overview
The successful candidate will work within St Loman’s Hospital, Mullingar and will oversee maintenance operations while supporting the delivery of high-quality services across healthcare facilities. A regional panel may also be established from this campaign to fill future permanent and specified purpose vacancies throughout the Dublin and Midlands region.
Areas included within the panel may include Westmeath, Wicklow, Offaly, Longford, Laois, Kildare, Dublin South and related regional locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities.
- Support safe and effective maintenance operations across healthcare facilities.
- Monitor and prioritise maintenance schedules and repair requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors where required.
- Maintain records and documentation relating to maintenance activities.
- Support service continuity and operational efficiency.
- Lead and guide maintenance staff and operational teams.
