Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate mobile and broadband solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently with proactive communication
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Manage cash handling and administrative duties including stock control, data entry, and transaction processing
- Stay current with telecommunications products and competitive landscape to provide expert advice
- Support store operations by assisting management with daily duties and implementing company policies
- Continuously develop sales skills through ongoing training and team collaboration
