About the Role:
Ireland East Hospital Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerical Officer to join our team at St Columcille’s Hospital in Loughlinstown, Dublin. As a Clerical Officer, you will play a crucial administrative role, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently within our healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
• Assisting in the coordination of departmental activities, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and support staff to maintain an organized and patient-focused environment.

Essential Requirements:
Candidates must:

• Currently hold a Grade III / Clerical Officer position in the HSE, TUSLA, or a body providing services on behalf of the HSE under Section 38 of the Health Act 2004
  OR
• Possess an academic award in Administration at Level 5 (or higher) on the Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) framework, or equivalent.
  AND
• Demonstrate sufficient depth and breadth of relevant administrative experience.
