The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the team at St Columcille’s Hospital, Loughlinstown, Co Dublin. This permanent, full-time position offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy care within a dynamic multidisciplinary environment in the Dublin South region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients referred to the department.
- Manage a caseload of patients with complex needs across inpatient and outpatient services.
- Contribute to service development initiatives and clinical audits.
- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists, students, and support staff.
- Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in continuing professional development and evidence-based practice activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised qualification in Physiotherapy (BSc or equivalent).
- Registered with CORU (Physiotherapists Registration Board).
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in physiotherapy, including relevant clinical practice.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
- Grade: Senior Physiotherapist (Grade Code 3158).
- Salary Scale (effective 1 August 2025): €58,599 – €68,998 per annum (HSE Consolidated Salary Scales, August 2025).
- Contract: Permanent, whole-time.
