HSE Dublin & South East, part of the Sláintecare initiative, delivers acute and community care to a population of over 970,000 across South Dublin, Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford, Carlow, Kilkenny, and South Tipperary. This newly formed region brings together South East Community Healthcare, Community Healthcare East, Ireland East Hospital Group, and hospitals from the South/South West Group, including University Hospital Waterford and Tipperary University Hospital.

🛠️ Role Overview

As a Senior Speech & Language Therapist, you’ll join a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech and language services within your assigned care group. Structured within South East Community Health areas, the role supports both community and acute settings across various clinical domains.

Clinical Areas (choose one):

1. Adults (18+) – Adult acquired & older persons (FEDs mandatory; acute & community)
2. Paediatrics – Community-based (FEDs not required)
3. Child & Adolescent Mental Health – All settings (FEDs not required)
4. Adult Disability – Community & acute (FEDs mandatory)

Individual post requirements (FEDs, travel scope) will be confirmed at offer stage.

⏰ Employment Details

• Contract: Permanent & specified purpose
• Availability: Whole-time & part-time
• Panel: A supplementary panel will support filling current and future vacancies, with priority given to existing panel members.
