As a Supply Chain Coordinator in Sligo, you will support the efficient management of supply chain operations across AbbVie’s manufacturing site. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring materials, suppliers, and data are managed seamlessly — contributing directly to business success and patient impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to manage materials through approval and implementation stages.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records in Supply Chain Business Systems (DSP, SAP).
  • Collaborate with Global Supply Planning, Site Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment and supply.
  • Lead site Material Reviews to manage material disposition efficiently.
  • Execute and monitor monthly and weekly key metrics for Supply Chain.
  • Maintain and update SAP planning parameters.
  • Prepare reports and data for monthly S&OP cycles.
  • Uphold all EH&S and quality standards, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Ownership and Accountability

  • Ensure materials are ready to support production and product launches.
  • Communicate issues impacting supply chain performance to management.
  • Adhere to GMP, HIPAA/FDA, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Drive efficiency and reliability across operations.

Influence and Leadership

  • Build cross-functional relationships across teams and departments.
  • Contribute to cost improvement and process enhancement projects.

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Technical or Business discipline.
  • Experience managing and analyzing data from ERP/MRP systems (especially SAP).
  • Advanced Excel skills and data accuracy mindset.
  • Proven experience in international cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
