About the Verification Officer Sligo Role
This Verification Officer Sligo position offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge document verification technology while providing exceptional customer service. As part of SGS’s network of over 2,600 offices worldwide, you’ll contribute to maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity in driver licence processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process driving licence applications within specified timeframes while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Apply rigorous due diligence to document validation, image captures, and signature uploads using NDLS Front Office Solution
- Ensure full compliance with Identity Validation, Document Validation, and NDLSFO Business Rules
- Complete mandatory training programs and maintain accurate training records for ongoing professional development
- Adhere to SGS Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct and Equality & Diversity policies
- Report security breaches, data discrepancies, and operational issues promptly to supervisors and relevant departments
- Maintain flexibility to travel to other NDLS Centres and work Saturday shifts as part of rotation schedule
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Leaving Certificate and/or FETAC Level 5 skills certificate or equivalent qualification
- Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle for travel requirements
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document processing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer-facing responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or public-facing roles
- Fluent Irish language skills (advantage for Sligo region)
- Background in administrative or verification processes
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced work environments
