This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join our Operations team in a regulated manufacturing environment.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Technician on Evening Shift, you will work as a key team member supporting our Supply Chain Manager in maintaining the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role is essential to ensuring seamless warehouse operations during evening hours at our state-of-the-art Sligo facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage raw material processing – Check, verify, and book in raw materials according to established procedures and regulatory requirements
- Handle supply item verification – Ensure all supply items are properly checked, verified, and booked into warehouse systems
- Process documentation accurately – Complete receiver documentation for non-inventory purchased items with precision
- Oversee inventory management – Manage warehouse inventory levels and coordinate purchase of supply items
- Handle finished product logistics – Complete invoice documentation and coordinate with freight companies for product shipments
- Coordinate site deliveries – Manage distribution of post, courier deliveries, and engineering stores throughout the facility
- Support environmental compliance – Manage segregation and collection of recycling and waste materials at the site
- Ensure production continuity – Maintain adequate supply of materials to production areas during evening operations
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Computer literacy with experience in warehouse management systems
- Warehouse experience in a professional environment
- Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation and inventory management
- Ability to work evening shift hours and maintain consistent attendance
- Physical capability to handle warehouse operations including lifting and moving materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar)
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management principles
- Familiarity with freight and logistics coordination
- Experience with waste management and recycling procedures
