About the Role
Children’s Health Ireland is seeking an experienced Household Assistant Manager Dublin to oversee household operations and ensure exceptional standards across our Dublin facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise household services teams across multiple departments within our Dublin healthcare facility
- Implement and maintain hygiene protocols in accordance with HSE standards and healthcare regulations
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient care environments throughout Dublin-based units
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management for household services personnel
- Monitor budget allocation and resource management for household operations
- Conduct regular quality audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with infection prevention teams to maintain the highest cleanliness standards
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years management experience in healthcare, hospitality, or related facility management
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff supervision
- Strong understanding of hygiene standards and infection control protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working in a Dublin healthcare environment
- Relevant qualification in Management, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
