Brothers of Charity Services Ireland is seeking a Regional General Manager for Disability Services based in Clairnbridge, Co. Galway. This permanent wholetime leadership role supports high-quality, person-centred disability services across the region. Open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants, it offers an excellent opportunity to influence service development and strategic operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide senior leadership across disability services within the assigned region.
• Deliver strategic management, service planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee operational performance, governance, HR, and financial management.
• Support compliance with Section 38 requirements and public sector pay policy.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaborative working relationships.
• Engage with stakeholders, service users, and families to enhance service outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant third-level qualification in management, social care, health, or related field.
• Significant senior management experience within disability, health, or social care services.
• Strong knowledge of governance, safeguarding, budgeting, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to manage large teams and complex operational structures.
• Demonstrated commitment to person-centred service delivery.

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Grade: General Manager 0041
• Contract type: Permanent Wholetime
• Salary aligned with public sector consolidated pay scales.
• Full-time working hours with organisational benefits in line with Section 38 employment.

Location & Employer Information
Based in Clairnbridge, Co. Galway, this role supports services across the HSE West and North West region.
