An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) to lead Ambulatory Care OPD services at St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network. This role offers a chance to combine clinical leadership with service development in a highly specialised oncology setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical and professional leadership within the Ambulatory Care OPD
• Manage and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and clinical governance standards
• Coordinate patient flow and outpatient services efficiently
• Support quality improvement initiatives and audits
• Participate in service planning and development
• Act as a key liaison with multidisciplinary teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registration as a Nurse on the NMBI Register
• Minimum post-registration experience as per CNM1 criteria
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Experience in oncology or ambulatory care desirable
• Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary in line with HSE Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (Grade 2127) payscale
• Current scale (from 1 August 2025): €56,642 – €66,705 per annum (LSIs apply)
• Permanent whole-time contract
