Brothers of Charity Services Ireland is recruiting a Support Worker to provide day-to-day support to adults with intellectual disabilities. This role focuses on dignity, independence, and community inclusion in a supportive team setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Support individuals with personal care, daily routines, and social activities
• Promote independence and choice in everyday life
• Assist with community outings and engagement
• Follow individual care and support plans
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain clear and accurate records
• Uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential
• QQI Level 5 (or working towards) in Healthcare Support or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to person-centred care
Desirable
• Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities
• Full driving licence
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary in line with HSE Consolidated Salary Scales for Care Assistant (Disability Services), Grade 6482
• Permanent part-time contract
