The Health Service Executive is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to join Children’s Disability Network Teams across Limerick, Clare, and North Tipperary. This permanent whole-time role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality, family-centred occupational therapy services within a multidisciplinary setting, supporting children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions
• Work collaboratively within Children’s Disability Network Teams
• Support and supervise junior occupational therapy staff and students
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with HSE standards
• Engage with families, carers, and external agencies as required
• Participate in ongoing professional development and service audits

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum requirements for appointment at Senior Occupational Therapist grade
• Experience working with children and/or disability services
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Access to a car and a full, unendorsed Category B Irish driving licence
