Brothers of Charity Services Ireland is recruiting a Team Leader (Disability Services) to join its Clarinbridge services in Co. Galway. This permanent, whole-time role offers an opportunity to provide leadership within residential and community-based disability services, supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and live meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision of staff within disability services
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care in line with HIQA standards and organisational policies
• Support service users to achieve individualised goals and maximise independence
• Coordinate care plans, risk management, and safeguarding procedures
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful team culture
• Liaise with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and reporting requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant professional qualification in social care or a related discipline
• Eligibility for registration with the appropriate professional body (where applicable)
• Significant experience working in disability services
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a care setting
• Strong knowledge of person-centred planning and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Grade: Social Care Leader 3030 (salary in line with Department of Health consolidated pay scales)
• Contract: Permanent, Whole-time
• Working Hours: 78 or 75 hours per fortnight (Clarinbridge Area)
