An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Grade VII Project Manager to join the National Immunisation Office in Dublin. This role plays a key part in delivering national immunisation programmes, supporting project governance, planning, and delivery across a high-impact public health environment.

This campaign will also form a supplementary panel to fill future permanent and specified purpose vacancies, whole-time or part-time.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage assigned projects in line with HSE project management standards
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Prepare reports, briefings, and updates for senior management
• Support governance, quality assurance, and compliance requirements
• Manage resources, budgets, and performance indicators
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the National Immunisation Office
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent professional experience
• Significant experience in project management within a complex organisation
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Knowledge of public sector or healthcare environments is desirable
