Key Responsibilities
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to service teams
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and enquiries professionally
• Support scheduling, appointments, and internal coordination
• Assist with report preparation and data entry
• Ensure compliance with organisational and data protection policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Competency in Microsoft Office and office systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
