A permanent, whole-time opportunity is available for a Home Support Resource Officer within Older Persons Services based at Ballina Primary Care Centre. This role plays a key part in supporting the effective delivery and coordination of home support services for older people across the local community.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the organisation and allocation of home support services
• Maintain accurate records and service data using IT systems
• Liaise with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Assist with service planning, rostering, and resource coordination
• Monitor service delivery to ensure quality and compliance
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Home Support Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience relevant to patient or client care services
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy service environment
• Access to suitable personal transport, as regular travel is required
