Autism Initiatives Ireland Company Limited by Guarantee is seeking a dedicated Support Worker Disability to join their team in Wicklow Town. This permanent part-time position (minimum 12 hours per week) offers the opportunity to provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs in a rewarding and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support in line with each individual’s Person Centred Plan (PCP).
- Deliver care and assistance according to agreed support and care plans.
- Promote independence, dignity, and social inclusion for people supported.
- Act as Key Worker/Support Worker in line with organisational philosophy.
- Support programme planning and community participation activities.
- Work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and families.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Full QQI Level 5 Health Care Qualification (e.g. Health, Community or Care Sector) – essential.
- Genuine passion for providing person-centred support.
- Understanding of the Key Worker/Support Worker role in disability services.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- Full, clean manual driving licence – desirable.
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
- Grade: Care Assistant (Disability Services) 6482.
- Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time.
- Minimum 12 hours per week (flexi part-time contract).
- Salary: In line with Section 39 pay scales and organisational policy.
