Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda & Louth County Hospital are seeking a dedicated Basic Grade Radiographer to join their dynamic radiography team. This permanent wholetime opportunity offers the chance to deliver a high-quality, patient-focused radiographic service within a busy acute hospital setting in the HSE Dublin and North East region.
This Basic Grade Radiographer Drogheda role is open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality, patient-focused radiographic service.
- Perform general radiography in line with departmental protocols.
- Carry out imaging and specialised radiography procedures as required.
- Ensure adherence to radiation protection and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification recognised for CORU registration as a Radiographer.
- Registration with CORU or eligibility for registration.
- Strong clinical competency in general radiography.
- Experience in imaging and specialised radiography desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
