Job Overview
Corlann Disability Services is currently recruiting a Social Care Worker Roscommon to join its dedicated disability support teams across County Roscommon. These permanent part-time and specific purpose part-time roles offer the opportunity to work in person-centred residential and community settings supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with intellectual disabilities in residential and community settings.
- Promote person-centred planning and positive behaviour support approaches.
- Assist service users in developing independent living and social skills.
- Ensure safeguarding, dignity, and wellbeing of all individuals supported.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIQA and organisational standards.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
- Participate in shift work, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers where required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full clean driving licence and access to own transport (desirable).
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
