Job Overview

This Clinical Nurse Manager 1 Redwood Dublin opportunity is ideal for a motivated nurse leader committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement within the HSE.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and professional supervision to nursing staff within the Redwood unit.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care in line with national and hospital policies.
- Support staff development, mentoring, and performance management.
- Promote evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, HSE policies, and best practice guidelines.
- Coordinate care planning and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Manage resources effectively, including staffing and rostering.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Minimum required post-registration experience relevant to the role.
- Demonstrated depth and breadth of nursing practice experience.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role desirable.
- Strong clinical decision-making and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
- Salary Scale (February 2026): €57,208 – €67,372 per annum (Clinical Nurse Manager 1, Grade 2127).
- Incremental salary progression in line with HSE consolidated pay scales.
- Permanent Wholetime contract (39 hours per week).
