Job Overview
The Human Resource Administrator Grade IV role at St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality HR services within a specialist oncology setting in Dublin South. This permanent whole-time position supports the delivery of efficient, compliant and responsive HR administration across the network.
Working within the HSE Dublin and Midlands region, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting workforce operations, ensuring adherence to public sector HR policies and maintaining accurate personnel records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources function
- Maintain and update employee records in line with HSE policies and data protection regulations
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and contract administration processes
- Prepare HR documentation including contracts, correspondence and reports
- Support payroll liaison and ensure accurate submission of relevant documentation
- Respond to HR-related queries from staff and management in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with public service agreements and HR circulars
- Support audit and reporting requirements as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a HR or healthcare setting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of public sector HR policies and procedures is desirable

Location & Employer Information
This position is based at St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network, Dublin South, within the HSE Dublin and Midlands health region. The region includes Longford, Westmeath, Offaly, Laois, Kildare, and parts of Dublin South and Wicklow.
St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network delivers specialist radiation oncology services and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
