Essential Requirements

• Significant hospital pharmacy experience, including clinical and service delivery responsibilities.

• Ability to lead and develop pharmacy teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Eligibility to register with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.

Desirable

• Experience in oncology, haematology, or aseptic services (preferred but not essential).
• Leadership or management training.
